Today, HSC milling is an essential part of the production technology. It is specially applied by the mould and die making industry, automotive industry and aircraft industry where high volume and surface capacities are required above all, depending on the application. Innovative tools, such as the tools with interchangeable front pieces easily fixed without play in the connection as well as the tools with solid carbide shank ensure high performance and versatility. In addition, they save the machine. Easily adjustable cutters fitted with tungsten carbide or PCD reduce the preparation and handling work in terms of light alloy machining to a minimum. In addition, consistently high product quality is ensured. The micrograins provided with PVD multi-layer coating produce thin chips even when machining hard workpiece materials. They ensure repeatable high quality. Even when machining hard workpiece materials, thin and reproducible chips are produced by micrograins with PVD multi-layer coating.
