In order to increase the thermal efficiency, marine boilers have replaced part of its furnace water-wall with welded mono-wall. Its outlet header temperature is the most important factor which should be considered for the fact that the energy stored at a high temperature is more useful than at low temperature. Here a mathematical equations are formulated and partial solution are found. The results are present in terms of a dimensionless fluid temperature rise which was found to be a function of three other dimensionless parameters.
