This report describes a computer program developed for use in performing three-dimensional dynamic analysis of Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) cold water pipe (CWP) systems. The program, in FORTRAN IV-H language, was prepared in the time domain in order to permit the inclusion of non-linearities and other effects that cannot be included at all or can, at best, be approximated by frequency domain programs. These effects include velocity-squared drag, finite angles, parametric excitation, and out-of-roundness. Shear deformation and rotary inertia effects are also included.
