The object of this study was to clear problems for development and to estimate for possibility of actual marine stirling engine in the near future. This paper reports about results of field test which has engaged in the development works - designing and producting of heat exchanger, combustor and experimental engine. 66 kW output was recorded with mean working gas pressure of 10.8 MPa and gas temperature of 700 Cel in these series of operation test. The results of these studies and tests convince establishment of design method of heat-exchanger and practical approach for design of sealing device for actual engine in the near future.
