Regarding the twin-screw container vessels, this paper introduces a study on vibration, a calcuation for prediction, the results of measurements at the sea trial and the results of exciter experiments. The comparison between the estimation and actual results showed a consierable agreement. In consequence, the vessels are now in service quite successfully. (Wassmann)
