Introduces a generalized scheme of subsystem interaction for studies of models of multiobjective movements in urban systems. In every subsystem its own objective function (an analog of entropy) is maximized while the interaction proceeds through a set of constraints. A formal description is proposed for a stable equilibrium state of interaction; its relationship with conventional definitions of equilibrium is indicated. Linear interaction is analyzed in detail.
