Discusses the development of Computer Generated Synthesized Imagery (CGSI) for flight and weapons systems training. CGSI is an innovative approach to the storage, processing and display of graphic and photographic images. The system's abilities are highlighted by the following applications: CGSI/Real-Time Feasibility Demonstration, Real-time Image Scenario Processing System, Visual Component Development Program, MKT Firing Simulator for anti-aircraft artillery cannon, and Video Disk Aircraft Simulation.
