A line of frequency channelizer assemblies for broad-bandwith ESM and ECM receivers allows almost unlimited flexibility in selection of the number of channels, channel bandwidth, and adjacent channel crossover characteristics. This frequency channelizer design uses isolated power division to provide signals to noncontiguous multiplexer manifolds. When used in receiver assemblies designed for emitter band/channel identification, the frequency channelizer approach allows continuous frequency coverage over the desired input frequency band. But unlike a contiguous multiplexer approach, the new frequency channelizers allow flexibility of channel selection. Adjacent channels may be crossed at any relative amplitude, including complete frequency overlap.
