Discusses the signal processing and netting of sensors available to a brigade commander. The radar resources available to support tactical ground operations includes man portable radar sets AN/PPS-15 and AN/PPS-5. The objective of signal processing is to minimize the role of the operator by providing automatic classification and identification of targets.
