Josephson junctions with extremely large values of the products of their critical currents and normal resistances exceeding the theoretical maximum values for tunnel junctions are constructed. The high-frequency properties of these junctions are investigated using a 114 GHz microwave. The resistively-shunted junction model is used to account for the microwave response of these junctions.
