Describes the structural design and manufacturing procedures used in the construction of the Czechoslovak non-hermitized satellite, the Magion. The author specifies the requirements called for in construction of the satellite, explains the way in which they were met, treats in detail the problem of the thermal regime, and discusses some check-up procedures and the structure of functional blocks of the satellite.
