Summary form only given substantially as follows: Offers an advanced three axis attitude determination methods by using two-degree-of-freedom star reference sensors. As a result of mathematical analysis, an attitude determination system is presented, which provides onboard realtime attitude information for highly manoeuvrable spacecraft. To solve the problem of Sun/Earth interference, the equations of control for the optical axis of star reference sensors is derived.
