Describes the experiments in continuous cab signalling equipped with track conductors, pick-up coils and display unit. The train transmits continuously to the lineside unit not only its identity but also its position, actual speed, braking characteristics and length. A single telegram is sent back at 1200 band which essentially provides the data needed for the cab display.
