After many years of repetitive rotating discussions, it has been acknowledged that positive steps must be taken to break the well established dead locks. The BA/BTI/Racal project is not going to be without its problems, however it is most encouraging to note that the constituent parties of the consortium are enthusiastic to proceed and willing to invest considerably, both financially and in terms of time and effort to achieve the stated objectives of the exercise.
