The Navy Test and Monitoring System Program Office is working toward establishing policy which recognizes testability as an essential design discipline in system development and acquisition. In support of this policy, the Navy has developed a short course in testability concepts and techniques for weapon system engineers and managers. The course has been presented over thirty times to Navy, Army, Air Force and industry audiences.
