Modification of current Texas Instruments systems would guide both bulldog and maverick air-to-surface support missiles. Navy is proposing development of mav dog, a modified Texas Instruments laser quidance system, for its agm-83a bulldog and the USAF agm-65a maverick close-support air-to-surface missiles. Texas Instruments designed the mav dig seeker. The guidance system is a version of the company's present bulldog seeker now in operational evaluation that resumed in late Nov. at China Lake, Calif.
