The microcontroller smart planter project has an intelligent watering system which is based on a microcontroller programmed to adjust the upper and lower soil moisture limits, detection functions and so on. It also enables the acquisition, setting and comparison of data signals. In this paper, we discuss the microcontroller-based intelligent flowerpot project, the Flower “Dock”, to understand the purpose, significance and basic conditions of the project, and focus on the design of the microcontroller-based intelligent flowerpot project.
