Application of bus frame in our country is experiencing and non integral and integral to fully integral transformation process, according to a certain integral bus body parameters, using UG to the frame geometry modeling and processing, based on the ANSYS finite element analysis was carried out on the four common bus operation condition, get the corresponding conditions deformation nephogram and stress nephogram, The maximum stress of the bus frame is 289MPa, which occurs on the support near the wheel constraint. The maximum deformation is 8.372mm at the end of the frame, which meets the design requirements. The finite element analysis method shows in this paper can be used for reference by other carrying bus frame analysis.
