When compiling a mathematical model of the hydraulic reciprocating drive under consideration, the operation of check valves and safety valves, as well as hydraulic distributors, is described by their hydromechanical characteristics. Taking into account the factors considered makes it possible to adequately simulate the hydraulic drive of the reciprocating motion of a high-speed perforating press hammer when punching a steel sheet. Thus, the theoretical analysis of the operation of a high-speed hydraulic reciprocating drive for a cyclic press made using a pump-accumulator power source containing one hydraulic accumulator showed that increasing its speed is technically possible, but economically unjustified. This means that in order to increase the speed of the hydraulic reciprocating drive, it is necessary to fundamentally change its scheme. The proposed mathematical model of a high-speed hydraulic reciprocating drive for a cyclic press makes it possible to conduct theoretical studies of the influence of various design and functional parameters on the quality of its operation.
