The paper points out that micro-hydraulic pipes are induced to flex vibrations by the pulsating flow of the working fluid. Some sources of pressure pulsation in the micro-hydraulic system are indicated. Among the sources of performance pulsations, the performance pulsation generated by a positive displacement micropump is given. Capacity pulsations and impedance of the hydraulic system result in pressure pulsations. The pressure pulsation results in mechanical vibrations of the periodic micro-hydraulic lines. It is noted that under certain conditions, pressure pulsation amplification caused by hydraulic resonance can occur in the micro-hydraulic pipe. The conditions under which such a phenomenon can occur are given, and the resonant lengths of micro-hydraulic pipes are determined for a given pressure pulsation frequency.
