In this paper we discuss the foF2 depression over the Indo-Australian region, which occurred several hours after the geomagnetic super storm of 10 May 2024. Observations by using ionosondes in Perth, Learmonth, Darwin, Kupang, Cocos Island and Pontianak to obtain ionospheric parameters, foF2. The results show that the foF2 depression has occurred over Perth, Learmonth, Darwin, Kupang and Cocos Island during daytime on 11 May 2024. However, over there is no response over Pontianak. Another result is time delay between storm onset and onset time of depression with the Moderate-Severe level, which is between 5 h (Perth) to 7.5 h (Kupang & Cocos Island). The difference in time delay indicates that the impact of magnetic storms propagates from high latitude to low latitude areas. In this super storm event, there was no foF2 increasing before depression.
