Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the payload antenna of communication satellite, this chapter goes deep into the functions design of some typical antennas, such as shaped reflector antenna, multi-beam antenna and adaptive nulling antenna. Finally, this chapter briefly introduces the technology of deployable large-scale mesh reflector and its development trend.
