The research touched upon topical issues related to the development and application of the “Safe bus” and “Smart bus stop” approaches as one of the areas of implementation of the “smart city” concept. The article explores the essence of the concept of “smart city” using the opportunities of ICT to increase the efficiency of public transport, digitalization and development of this area. The main technical and technological features of the “Safe Bus” and “Smart Bus” systems are described. The article also highlights the benefits of using a monitoring system (NVMS) to safely manage and improve the transport system in tourist areas. At the end of the study, a modern model was formed using various technologies to provide public transport. In this model, the forms of traffic flow control using modern technologies are shown, and the final result obtained from various sources and planning is noted.
