Deadbeat predictive current control (DPCC) can improve permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) dynamic response. However, errors between actual parameters and model parameters will produce current static difference, which can reduce the dynamic response ability of the system. This paper presented a new DPCC method based on double-disturbance observer (D-DO) to solve this problem. Disturbance observers based on a rotating coordinate system are established. In discrete control, D-DO predicts the next beat system disturbance caused by parameter deviation through the feedback of the alternating and straight axis currents. On this basis, DDO corrects the next beat current command by the correction factor, and compensates the predicted voltage command by the compensation factor. Simulation results show that the new algorithm can predict the disturbance change trend, reduce the current static error, and improve the anti-disturbance performance of predictive control.
