This chapter studies the synchronization and anti-synchronizationAnti-synchronization problems of complex-valued inertial neural networksComplex-valued inertial neural networks (CVINNs) with time-varying delaysTime-varying delays|(. Via the method of variable substitutionVariable substitution, the considered model is expressed as the first-order complex-valued differential system. We will derive some sufficient criteria in terms of complex-valued LMIsLinear Matrix Inequality (LMI) to ensure the synchronizationSynchronization and anti-synchronization of CVINNs systems by constructing the appropriate Lyapunov functionalLyapunov functional.
