Fuel cell hybrid trams have received widespread attention due to their characteristics such as low-carbon, environmentally friendly, and long-lasting. At present, scholars use intelligent optimization methods to optimize the target speed curve and energy management strategy of the tram to reduce the operating cost of the system. The optimization goals of the two types of problems are the same, so optimize both of them synchronously has a greater potential to obtain better results. However, the current research on these problems is relatively independent, and there are few methods to optimize both of them. Based on the relationship between the target speed curve and the energy management strategy, this paper proposes a sequence optimization framework to achieve simultaneous optimization of both. The framework is based on two intelligent optimization algorithms, and takes the optimal solution of the target speed curve as the input of the energy management strategy optimization process. The simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper has lower tram operating costs compared to the non-optimized method or individual optimization method.
