Zusammenfassung Simulating driving behavior and vehicle interaction is central to the development of automation techniques as well as the study of human drivers. We present an approach of coupling traditional driver simulators with the open source traffic simulator Eclipse SUMO to generate precise surrounding traffic which reacts to the driver behavior and create a variety of traffic scenarios for testing human and automation behavior.
