The current research work seeks to propose a design of a propeller that can be used for powering drones. The drone industry is currently in scope to move forward immensely. The research would provide insight in designing a propeller and optimizing it for the generation of maximum lift while considering the drag forces to be encountered. The propeller is designed for an application of a two-rotor drone which can be used for other configurations by some minor changes and obtaining the lift required for the application of the particular configuration. The behaviour of propellers may differ from configuration as the distance between the propeller disks, and the number of blades on the propeller disk plays an important role in deciding the final outcome from the blades. The aim is to design a propeller blade and change the blade profile according to the analysis results, which is an important aspect of the research.
