Transportation demand analysis is the important content in transportation engineering and planning. But it is still a problem of how to release the forecasting error in the traditional four-step approach. In this chapter, two of the new methods, disaggregate model and entropy model were introduced in order to solve this problem. The methods of disaggregate model and entropy model have been introduced in the first part of the chapter, following with their application to travel demand modeling in Beijing. The results show the high precision of the two models in the transportation demand forecast. Some suggestions for the application of the two models in transportation were also given at last.
