Air combat maneuver library is basis of air combat maneuvering decisions, only a reasonable maneuver library can make good decisions. On the basis of typical tactical maneuver library and basic control maneuver library, this paper proposes a maneuver library that can switch control modes, and selects different control modes according to different maneuvers. Longitudinal control is mainly based on altitude and overload control mode, lateral control is mainly based on roll angle and yaw angle control mode, and throttle is mainly based on speed control mode. Selecting appropriate control modes, designing control algorithms for maneuver library, simulating level flight, turning, climbing, and diving, and analyzing the results; finally, combine the maneuvers in the maneuver library to complete the simulation verification of the half somersault maneuver. The simulation results show that the designed maneuver library and control algorithm are reasonable, in line with the actual air combat situation, and can support air combat decision-making.
