The paper presents the results of the study of synthesis patterns for six-ray reverse folded cores that can be used in aircraft curvilinear sandwich panels. The conditions for tessellation of the plane with typical fragments are studied. It is demonstrated that elementary units in the same row of six-ray configurations, unlike those in four-ray configurations, should partially overlap. A method and mathematical dependencies for computation of the curvature of the enveloping surface of the folded core at given initial parameters of configuration are presented. Recommendations providing a possibility to reduce the infinite set of solutions for transforming the six-ray structure to a single one are given.
