The information centric vehicular networks, which integrate the information centric networking (ICN) and the vehicular networks, have advocated recently as a key enabling technology to provide vehicles with efficient content delivery services. However, due to the ever-increasing number of vehicles and their various demands for quality of experience (QoE), the problem of trust for content delivery in information centric vehicular networks becomes a new challenge. To this end, in this chapter, a reputation based framework to deliver content in information centric vehicular networks is presented. Specifically, we first design a graphic user interface (GUI) for each vehicle to manage its interests and reputation value. Then, the methods to calculate the reputation of vehicles and the costs to pay for the content delivery services are shown, respectively. With the incentives, vehicles are motivated to take part in the content delivery with the target of increasing their reputation and earning profits. After this, the update of vehicles’ reputation is designed and a Bayes based scheme is used to divide the vehicles into two groups which are trustworthy and untrustworthy, respectively. Finally, a simulation experiment is carried out to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed framework with comparisons to the existing scheme.
