Abstract In this paper, a number of general approaches to the vibration diagnostics of diesel engine fuel equipment (including that of aircraft ones) is considered. Based on the corresponding analysis, the approach and particular techniques of vibration diagnostics under operating conditions (without dismantling the fuel equipment on the object to be examined) are presented.
