As artificial intelligence (AI) technology is widely used in the field of aviation perception, given the openness and complexity of aviation perception application scenarios, intelligent perception models face dynamic environmental changes, input uncertainty, malicious attacks, and other AI trust issues, the security and trustworthiness of intelligent aviation perception equipment applications cannot be ignored. This article analyzes the current status of policies, standards, and case studies at home and abroad, provides the conceptual definition and characteristics of trustworthy AI and the trustworthy AI for aviation perception, proposes a trustworthy framework for intelligent aviation perception, and systematically sorts out key technologies such as robustness, privacy, explainability, and verifiability in the intelligent aviation perception stage. It looks forward to technical challenges and development priorities and lays the foundation for the safe and trustworthy application of AI technology in aviation perception.
