A unique Chinese space culture has emerged within the domestic aerospace industry. The space culture has been shaped by socio-historical trends, which is reflected in different stages of China’s space endeavors. China moved from a newborn state focused on national identity and pride to one focused on political correctness as defined by Mao Zedong and the CCP.
