The real vehicle simulation platform is provided for the active vibration reduction control, and the adaptive adjustment of the running stability of the rail vehicle is realized. Based on the HXD2 electric freight locomotive as the prototype, the electric locomotive simulation vibration damping test bench is designed. The test bench can be used to complete the test of vehicle vibration control test. The platform provides vibration excitation to the vehicle through the bottom four actuators. By constructing the sensor monitoring system to sense the vibration information of the locomotive model bogie, based on the perceptual data, judge the vehicle vibration situation, and the active control strategy is formed by the upper computer, and the vibration damper control command is given to realize the vibration damping control of the vehicle model. Firstly, the technical characteristics and main structure of the HXD2 electric locomotive were analyzed. Then, according to the analysis results, the structure of each part was modeled in the SolidWorks software environment. The structure design and assembly were carried out according to the modeling results. Finally, the sensor monitoring system was built and verified by experiments. The bogie vibration test rig can effectively simulate and sense the vibration of the HXD2 locomotive under different road conditions, and provides a more accurate and reliable theoretical reference for the practical design of the HXD2 locomotive bogie vibration reduction control system.
