At present, the aircraft virtual system is mostly based on individual maintenance behavior for modeling, and the internal logical structure of the complex system is not considered, which leads to problems such as mixed redundancy of various types of information in the model, high coupling, and difficulty in modifying. In order to solve these problems, a modeling method based on system structure logic is proposed. Firstly, based on the application goal, the principle and behavior of the system structure are analyzed, and the hierarchical modular structure of the complex system is established; Secondly, the object-oriented petri net is used to establish the subsystem model, and the overall system model is established according to the logical connection between the subsystems; Then, establish a comprehensive structural model that can cover the normal, test and fault behavior of the system; Finally, taking the maintenance tasks related to the hydraulic quantity indicating and warning system of a certain type of aircraft as an example, the modeling and simulation are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the model.
