Low altitude penetration of cruise missiles can surprise the enemy's important facilities, and in the process of penetration, terrain following and matching technology is crucial. Aiming at the problem of low altitude penetration of cruise missiles, this paper first establishes the relevant three-dimensional map model, missile safety boundary model, and missile flight control model. On this basis, fuzzy decision control is used to generate the missile flight trajectory and control strategy. Then, the trajectory is optimized according to simulated annealing algorithm, and the optimal low altitude penetration trajectory is selected as the planning trajectory for flight. The final simulation experiment and analysis show that the missile low altitude penetration can not only follow the terrain according to the three-dimensional map, and finally reach the target point, but also optimize the trajectory to find the optimal flight trajectory in various complex terrain, reducing the flight cost.
