The transport process is an element of logistics costs associated with finding the best routes in the network. The problem of cost management at road transport enterprises is one of the most important for their effective functioning. Logistics costs represent a significant portion of total costs, so operating efficiency can be improved by reducing them. Cost costs depend on many factors, such as vehicle load, fuel consumption per kilometer, delivery time and distance traveled to enter the transport terminal, vehicle depreciation, maintenance and repairs, and driver wage costs. The article discusses the minimization of costs, considering the priority of customer service. The model is interpreted as multi-criteria optimization, in which costs and total fleet size are minimized, and the overall level of customer satisfaction is maximized. Consider a solution based on an evolutionary algorithm, the test results of which demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
