Inertial navigation technology can provide high-precision position and acceleration information when satellite navigation is not available, and unmanned systems tend to use inertial navigation as an auxiliary satellite navigation method in the realm of space in recent years. Based on the inertial navigation literature and the product information disclosed by the major inertial component manufacturers, we introduce the inertial sensors such as optical gyro, micro-electromechanical gyro, hemispheric resonator gyro, atomic gyro and accelerometer in this paper, and analysis the development trends of inertial technology in the future.
