Abstract There are over three dozen launch sites around the world. With the growth of the newly emerging spaceplane transportation and space adventures business, there are also a growing number of “spaceports” designed for commercial liftoffs and landings. While there are an increasing number of commercial spaceports in the United States, there are also numerous other sites under consideration around the world in locations such as Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, and various sites in Europe.
