The problem of optimization of interplanetary low-thrust trajectories using gravity assist maneuvers is considered. The mathematical model of gravity assist maneuver, necessary conditions of optimality of trajectory with gravity assist maneuvers and description of continuation method for solving the problem of optimization of low-thrust interplanetary trajectory using gravity assist maneuvers are given. Numerical examples of optimal trajectories are presented.
