This paper presents the first successful application of multi-reference sine sweep testing on a large-scale military aircraft. The results from this testing are compared with traditional testing methods performed on the same aircraft. Multiple reference sine testing is shown to capture equivalent information in a reduced amount of testing time on a full-scale ground vibration test (GVT).
