Since the Beidou navigation system was officially opened to the world. The number of satellite that equipped with multimode navigation receivers to receive BDS, GPS and other navigation system signals has been increased greatly. This paper analyzes the precision orbit determination based on the Beidou navigation data of spacecraft in orbit. The satellite orbit perturbation model is selected properly, and the spaceborne BDS orbit determination algorithm with dynamic compensation is established effectively. The accuracy of BDS navigation data and dynamic compensation orbit determination results are verified by using GPS navigation data and GPS Precise Orbit Determination results. The results indicate that the accuracy of BDS navigation data is equivalent to GPS navigation data, the rms (root mean square) deviation of position is less than 10 m, and the rms deviation of velocity is less than 0.05 m/s. The orbit determination accuracy of BDS data and that of GPS data are nearly equal. The position difference of orbit determination results is better than 10 m, and the velocity error is less than 0.006 m/s. It can be seen that the method improved the orbit determination accuracy of BDS navigation data and provide a basis for increasing the application of BDS navigation data in subsequent spacecraft orbit determination tasks.
