Environmental concerns, population growth, and fossil fuel shortage have posed various challenges in electrical energy systems. On the other hand, the conventional transportation system consumes a mass of fossil fuels and produces a significant portion of emissions, so the governments have sought ways to alleviate these concerns and increase the application of alternative technologies such as electric vehicles (EVs) by considering incentive schemes. Despite the positive aspects of EVs, their penetration in the power network will cause severe challenges in the load curve because of some uncertainties in the owner behavior, charging schedule, etc. Therefore, their non-intelligent charging will damage the power network, so intelligent and managed charging of these vehicles will be increasing the efficiency and reliability of the network noticeably.
