The Tianzhou cargo spacecraft is an important part of Chinese Space Station. It is responsible for transporting materials and experiments for the space station. The design of the cargo transportation and loading system needs to provide a good mechanical environment and loading convenience for the materials. On the one hand, the modeling analysis and loading of flexible packages with large weight ratio and high damping is a prominent problem; on the other hand, spacesuits and other precious test loads require higher requirements. This paper introduces the general and special design schemes of the loading system of Chinese Tianzhou cargo spacecraft, and proposes a finite element modeling method for the transportation of packages. Aiming at the transportation of spacesuit, a lightweight, high-rigidity and easy-disassembly spacesuit transportation bearing structure was designed, and the ground and in-orbit test verification of cargo loading was carried out. The results show that the cargo transportation loading system can successfully realize the reliable upward movement of various cargoes of the cargo spacecraft; the system has been successfully verified by the Tianzhou cargo spacecraft mission.
