The implementation of city logistics measures in the cities of Ukraine has not yet become sufficiently relevant, both by the city authorities and by other stakeholders. But there is a rapidly growing trend of increasing demand for freight in the city due to increasing population density, the number of small retail stores, construction activities, e-commerce services, etc. A study of the impact of possible city logistics measures in Kharkiv on the transportation of finished products in the retail chain of grocery stores based on a comparative analysis has been considered. The implementation of regulatory measures by the city authorities such as the time window and truck ban through the city center of the is considered and their impact on the carrier has been assessed.
