Abstract The methodology of analysis and the results of determination of chemical composition of Solar Energetic Particles (SEP) events at energies ≥4 MeV per nucleon are presented. The systematic description of experimental data about chemical composition of SEP is necessary both for better understanding of the processes resulting in generation and propagation of high-energy particles, and for development of a quantitative calculation model of fluxes of SEP particles.
