A method of mission performance analysis for a piston-engined ultralight unmanned helicopter is considered. For each typical flight phase, the approximate analytical expressions for change in helicopter mass are given. The capabilities of the approach being proposed are demonstrated by a numerical example dealing with determining the possible combinations of payload and fuel mass for a given flight plan in the presence of wind.
