Among the failure modes of high-lift systems, the transmission line disconnect failure mode is one of the most significant failure modes. After a transmission shaft failure occurs in the high-lift transmission line system, the final asymmetry angle difference on wing both sides of the system break, the transmission line speed after disconnect, and Braking response to shock load is the characteristic indicator of system safety. This article analyzes and summarizes the influencing factors of the system response characteristics based on the logical response process of the line system fracture. And through the virtual injection of faults, the whole process of fracture simulation analysis is realized. Simulation results show that the sensitive factors of system response characteristics include system flap surface load characteristics, system asymmetry angle threshold, system response delay, braking torque establishment speed, etc. At the same time, based on the analysis of simulation values, a trade-off method for improving system safety under different loads and different system configurations is proposed. It can be used in the design of civil aircraft high-lift systems, system parameter optimization, and has certain practical engineering guidance and application value.
